STATUT
Statutom općine Doboj Jug u skladu sa Ustavom i Zakonome uređuju se pitanja samoupravnog djelokruga Općine, organizacija, ovlašćenja i način rada organa Općine, oblici učešća građana u odlučivanju o lokalnim poslovima, osnivanje i rad mjesnih zajednica, finansiranje i imovina Općine, javnost rada i druga pitanja od značaja za ostvarivanje lokalne samouprave.
Općinsko vijeće Doboj Jug na dvanaestoj sjednici IV saziva 20.09.2005. donijelo je Statut općine Doboj Jug na osnovu člana VI(4) Ustava FBiH (Službene novine FBiH”, broj 1/94,13/97 i 52/02),Odluke o proglašenju Amandmana CIII i Amandmana CIV na Ustav FBiH (Sl.novine FBiH” br.20/04), člana 75. Ustava Zeničko-Dobojskog kantona (Službene novine Federacije BiH,broj 7/96), člana 6.Zakona o osnovama lokalne samouprave (Službene novine Federacije BiH,broj 6/95),člana 22.Zakona o lokalnoj samoupravi kantona(Službene novine ZE-DO kantona,broj 13/98) i člana 26.Statuta Općine Doboj Jug (“Službeni glasnik Općine Doboj Jug”,broj 3/99).
