OPĆENITO
Pravilnikom o unutrašnjoj organizaciji organa uprave općine Doboj Jug od 06.08.2013.u skladu sa zakonskim, podzakonskim i drugim propisima utvrđuje se:
unutrašnja organizacija i sistematizacija radnih mjesta općinskog organa uprave općine Doboj Jug djelokrug službi za upravu
rukovođenje općinskim organom uprave, službama za upravu i organizacionim jedinicama
saradnja u vršenju poslova i zadataka, programiranje i planovi rada
državni službenici sa posebnim ovlaštenjima i ostvarivanje javnosti rada jedinstvenog organa uprave i službi za upravu.
Unutrašnja organizacija općinskog organa uprave utvrđena je prema službama koje su predviđene u Odluci o organizaciji i djelokrugu općinskog organa uprave općine Doboj Jug broj: 01-05-459-3/13. Od 22.04.2013., a utvrđena je na osnovu principa:
– da se unutrašnje organizacione jedinice formiraju tako da budu nadležne za iste i slične poslove
– da se utvrdi manji broj organizacionih jedinica radi efikasnijeg rukovođenja službama u upravi
– da se isti i slični poslovi, po vrsti i složenosti, objedine na jednom radnom mjestu
– da opis poslova svakog radnog mjesta bude tako utvrđen da obezbjeđuje punu zaposlenost i odgovornost svakog državnog službenika i namještenika u izvršavanju poslova radnog mjesta
– da se obezbjedi zakonito, efikasno i racionalno vršenje poslova svakog radnog mjesta odnosno svih poslova iz nadležnosti svake službe uprave
– da se obezbjedi pravilno i efikasno rukovođenje organom uprave
Poslove i zadatke lokalne samouprave iz izvorne nadležnosti općine kao i upravne poslove koji se federalnim i kantonalnim zakonom stave u nadležnosti općine vrši općinski organ uprave putem
– Službe za civilnu zaštitu, opću upravu i zajedničke poslove
– Službe za urbanizam, katastar, finansije i privredu
Određene poslove i zadatke u okviru svojih ovlaštenja utvrđenih zakonom, odlukom o organizaciji i djelokrugu općinskog organa uprave općine Doboj Jug i Pravilnikom vrši:
